AtlasTrack Business

One operational view for authorized team travel.

Create C-Suite, Engineering, Sales, or other Teams; assign travelers separately from viewers and managers; and keep company travel separate from each member’s private workspace.

Approval required. Applying does not create an organization, collect payment details, or start billing. Approved applicants receive a seven-day link to start a card-required 30-day free trial.

Concrete workflows

See what needs attention. Know who can act.

AtlasTrack brings itinerary context, live flight information, weather, and operational changes into permission-aware workspaces.

Prioritize changing trips

Use Travel Command’s urgency-ordered attention queue, flight change history, reservation-derived weekly travel value, and trip details to find the work that needs review.

Control who sees whom

Keep the existing organization-wide view or explicitly enable team-restricted access. Team viewers can see assigned travelers; managers can also manage them.

Improve traveler decisions

Use explainable capability ratings to review connection planning, itinerary complexity, recorded rewards attachment, and available historical flight reliability. Travelers see their own rating; Team managers and selected administrators receive only their configured scope.

Route the invited work inbox

When a member accepts, the exact invited inbox publishes owner-only reservations to Business if they connect it now or later. Personal and alternate inboxes stay unchanged; provider authorization is still required.

Permissions by design

Company coordination stays separate from personal travel.

After an approved owner completes secure checkout, Stripe confirmation creates a separate Business organization with one Business workspace. An existing Personal Workspace and its private trips are not transferred automatically.

Teams organize authorization within that workspace. Creating a Team never changes visibility by itself; owners and administrators explicitly confirm team restriction and retain organization-wide oversight. Live-location and linked-traveler access remain separate, opt-in boundaries.

Organization co-branding adds a logo and accessible accent to supported Business workspace surfaces while AtlasTrack identity and attribution stay visible. It does not include custom domains or full white-labeling.

Request access

Tell us about your team’s workflow.

We review the organization, team size, and authorized-traveler use case you provide.

  1. Submit a request. No account or payment details are required.
  2. AtlasTrack reviews it. A submission remains pending until it is approved, rejected, or expires.
  3. Activate within seven days. Approved applicants sign in with the approved email, choose monthly or annual billing, and enter a card in Stripe Checkout.
  4. Start free for 30 days. The Business organization is created after Stripe confirms the subscription. Billing starts automatically after the trial unless canceled.

Fields marked required are required.

Requests are reviewed. No payment information is collected here. If approved, the 30-day trial requires a card and automatically converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled.
